TERMS & CONDITIONS AT LEX SKIN CARE

This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of (Lex Skin Care Australia) Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Lex Skin Care. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of this page on the site.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as making a purchase or becoming a member signifies acceptance of these terms.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility or alternatively via PayPal.

Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

For your own security and peace of mind, we cannot take orders via phone.

If you click on links and banners on Lexskincareaus.com, that take you to third-party websites, you will be subject to their privacy policies. Lex Skin Care cannot be held responsible for the actions of any third-party websites.

Lex Skin Care does not hold onto cardholder information.

In order to complete a purchase, you will be asked to register as a member of Lex Skin care or checkout as a guest. By registering as a member you will be able to purchase Lex Skin Care products without re-entering your personal details.

By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Wholesale orders via our website will not be accepted. Please email lexskincareaus@gmail.com for wholesale opportunities.

All promotions, sales and codes will finish on the specified date according to AEST.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning customer requirements.

Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Lex Skin Care via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been despatched we will not be able to exchange the product.

The order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Orders can only be placed with lexskincareaus.com by persons with capacity to contact who are over the age of 18.

First-order discount. *Discount applicable for 14 days from date of sign up. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. First, purchase only.

Your use of the Site and Content is at your own risk. If you don’t accept these Terms, or have issues with the Site or Content, your only remedy is to stop accessing or using the Site.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental costs, losses, expenses, and damages, exemplary or lost profits or any other damages of any kind incurred in any way

(including negligence).

Lex Skin Care does not hold responsible for customer purchases if products are not suitable for consumers. All product ingredients are listed on the back of each product label. It is the consumer's responsibility to access whether the product is suitable for their use. Lex Skin Care does not hold liable for the misuse of products by the consumer.

From 18th March 2020 until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased from Lex Skin Care. Items Includes:
